Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

   • Orders are processed within 5 business days.

   • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order is shipped.

2. Delivery:

   • Estimated delivery time within the EU is 5-10 business days.

   • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • Fabsfurniture is not liable for any damage that could arrive trough shipment providers, for any issues concerning shipping please take up contact directly with the shipping provider

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination.

4. International Shipping:

   • For orders outside the EU, additional taxes and duties may apply which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel:

   • Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, customers must inform Fabsfurniture via email within 14 days of receipt.

   • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3. Return Costs:

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

   • If the item returned is not in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

4. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

   • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

5. Exchanges:

   • Customers may exchange an item by returning the original item and placing a new order.
